Electronic Integration Specialist

This role involves collaborating with trading partners to ensure seamless electronic data exchange. You will assist in scoping, implementing, testing, monitoring and supporting the integration process.

  • Collaborate with trading partners to understand their integration requirements and provide comprehensive support throughout the project.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to stakeholders, including customer portal and CRM support, EDI/API troubleshooting and data entry.
  • Analyse and monitor trading partners' compliance with established integration standards and offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Design test scenarios and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Buiild and maintain strong relationships with eBusiness stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and continuous process improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in an integration or support role, ideally within transport/logistics or a similar field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine interest in enhancing and maintaining high standards for customer service.
