The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive ethics strategy, fostering collaboration and high performance among team members.

Serving as a trusted advisor, this leader will provide guidance on complex matters, ensuring alignment with the organization's principles and behaviors.

With significant management experience and a strong understanding of ethical practices, this individual will be responsible for designing and implementing tools and resources that promote a safe and ethical working environment.

Based in one of our major office locations globally, this role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ethics strategy, driving adoption across all regions and business units.
  • Provide guidance on complex matters, ensuring alignment with the organization's principles and behaviors.
  • Design and implement tools and resources that promote a safe and ethical working environment.
  • Lead a global E&C team of approximately 20 professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Typically, 15+ years relevant experience, with significant management experience.
  • A strong understanding of ethical practices and related laws, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
