Leadership Opportunity for Executive Housekeeping Operations

We seek a dedicated and experienced hotel professional to lead our Housekeeping Department. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing the administration and operation of the entire Housekeeping Department, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and high quality of our guest rooms and areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Rooms, Public Areas, Laundry, and Valet operations to maintain exceptional standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and review Housekeeping Operating Procedures to drive key responsibilities and ensure the hotel meets brand excellence standards.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to support contract management and negotiate terms that benefit the hotel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience leading teams in luxury hotels to meet high performance standards across cleanliness, productivity, and operational commitments.
  • Passion for service excellence and delivering superior hospitality experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget preparation and management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
