Operations Director for Serviced Apartment and Housekeeping Services

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our serviced apartment and housekeeping services.

About the Role

  • Direct daily service delivery and operational performance, driving high standards across all areas in line with SOPs and company policies
  • Foster a high-performing work environment by recruiting, managing, and developing team members through induction and training programs
  • Support staff in managing underperformance and encourage continuous improvement
  • Create and manage advance weekly schedules for staff, oversee payroll processes via Xero, and maintain properties to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Manage company purchasing, reporting on operational analytics and payroll vs revenue, conducting monthly reviews with the accountant and Managing Director, and identifying cost-saving efficiencies in staffing, purchasing, and property maintenance

About You

  • Must have proven experience in operations management, ideally within hospitality, housekeeping, or property services, with at least one year of experience
  • Hold a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business
  • possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and team development
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
