Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to join our team. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines, building and managing cloud or on-premise infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

As a senior member of our team, you will lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers to foster skill development and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Act as a liaison between development, QA, and operations teams to facilitate collaboration and drive process improvements.
Security and Compliance

You will integrate DevSecOps practices to ensure security throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in supporting, automating, and optimizing mission critical deployments.
  • Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies, networking, security, and system administration.
  • Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
  • Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, related field.
  • Applicable vendor/technology certification or equivalent work experience.
Bonus Skills
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Experience coding in Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java, and experience working with Unix/Linux systems.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise data center technologies.
  • Extensive experience in RHEL and SELinux and its policies.
