AI Transformation Expert

Organisations are seeking visionary leaders who can harness the power of AI to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.

As an AI Transformation Expert, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of organisations by designing and delivering AI roadmaps that transform how they operate and compete.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI concepts, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial use cases.

In this position, you will lead discovery sessions to uncover AI opportunities, build adoption roadmaps, and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure vision, feasibility, and execution align from day one.

What we need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategy, transformation consulting, product, or digital innovation.
  • Commercial understanding of LLM potential, AI use cases, and adoption barriers in enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – verbal, written, and visual.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and align business and technical priorities.
  • Consulting or enterprise services background is highly regarded.
