About the Role

This role involves providing investment advisory services and leading business case development across transport, water, energy, and other infrastructure sectors. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in delivering business case development services, supporting a national team, and helping shape future opportunities by identifying and developing new projects.

  • Lead the delivery of business case development services, working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and project teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and networks to drive growth and revenue.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader who can bring a range of skills and perspectives to our team. The successful candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in economics, finance, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proven track record of project delivery in consulting, ideally with sector experience in transport, water, energy, or resources.
