Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage job site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments, including design, procurement, and quality control, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of site supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
