Video Architect and Technical Leader

As a key member of our video team, you will spearhead the technical vision for our video technology, architecting scalable rendering systems and pioneering AI-powered features.

Working alongside talented engineers, you will tackle complex problems and push the boundaries of browser-based video creation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of our video stack, balancing performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Designing cutting-edge rendering engines and optimizing video composition pipelines
  • Driving performance optimization and solving complex export cost and reliability challenges
  • Mentoring engineers and shaping architectural standards for video technology
  • Leading innovative features like AI-powered effects and advanced international language support

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience building high-performance video and graphics rendering engines, deep expertise in video editing, composition, or similar creative software, proven skills in scalable system architecture supporting millions of users, and a track record of technical leadership in video or digital content creation tooling.
