What You'll LeadFinancial & Commercial Leadership – Own the company's financial strategy, governance, and risk framework, ensuring commercial decisions are data-driven and future-focused.
Strategic Planning & Growth – Deliver robust forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance insights that guide ambitious expansion.
Leadership & Capability – Build and develop a high-performing, succession-ready finance team with the skills to support a scaling organisation.
Operational & Process Excellence – Introduce systems and practices that simplify complexity, automate processes, and unlock actionable insights.
Board & Stakeholder Engagement – Present clear, influential reporting to the Board, ELT, and key stakeholders, translating complex data into business intelligence.
QualificationsAbout YouCA/CPA qualified, with proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a dynamic, scaling business.
Commercially fearless — confident in challenging, influencing, and driving change at the highest levels.
Highly strategic, but equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to ensure flawless execution.
Technology and systems savvy, viewing automation and analytics as strategic enablers.
