About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Designer to join our team at Snowmelt Consulting Pty. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the outcomes of our work and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of programs, projects, and streams of work to help clients see and change the systems they are a part of.
  • Work directly with clients to shape the outcomes of our work and ensure that we are always working collaboratively on the activities that will have the greatest impact.
  • Set the direction of the project in conversation with our team and the client, and ensure that we are always working towards the best possible outcomes.
  • Use a range of design practices and language to communicate complex ideas effectively and facilitate workshops with senior management and leadership teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic and commercial processes and decision-making frameworks to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and create new opportunities for Snowmelt from our personal network and project work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (Masters, Ph D) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years working in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams in consulting and/or design practice.
  • 2+ years leading and managing teams and commercial outcomes.
  • Deep experience in communicating complex ideas effectively, presenting to and working with senior management and leadership teams, and facilitating workshops.
  • Familiarity with strategic and commercial processes and decision-making, organizational strategy, and systems thinking and design practices.
