Civil Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Lead to oversee the on-site delivery of civil packages in our mining, heavy industry, or major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of civil crews on bulk earthworks, concrete, and structural packages
  • Drive project delivery and quality in line with strict Health Safety Environment (HSE) standards
Requirements:
  • Civil trade or engineering qualifications
  • Experience leading teams on similar projects
  • Strong ability to manage subcontractors and project interfaces
  • Previous FIFO experience is essential
What's On Offer:
  • FIFO roster - 2:1 or 7:7
  • 12 month rolling contract
