Job Title: Senior Production Lead

A cutting-edge, product-driven organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Production Lead to spearhead delivery across multiple teams.

About the Role
  • Promote a weekly production stand-up across managed teams to foster collaboration and ensure timely progress.
  • Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with team leads, offering mentorship and guidance to develop leadership capabilities.
  • Oversight of the production calendar and resource allocation, including budget coordination through team leads, estimate review, and capacity visibility.
  • Establish key decision gates and quality checkpoints for shoots, edits, publishing, and events.
  • Lead event delivery at a program level, overseeing run-of-show, booth concepts, vendors, freight, and timelines.
  • Guide content and video production cadence and standards.
  • Craft educational content that aligns with product releases, ensuring guides are accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in live events and content production.
  • Ability to transform a single idea into valuable outputs benefiting various business areas.
  • Hands-on expertise to unblock challenges and strategic thinking to know when to step back.
  • Enthusiasm for on-site work in Hobart, accompanied by openness to occasional interstate travel.
