Job Overview

A senior client solutions professional with a strong background in the offshore energy sector will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with key decision-makers and capitalizing on strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop go-to-market strategies for assigned client groups, products, or territories, analyzing market dynamics, identifying growth levers, and shaping strategic initiatives to drive long-term success.
  • Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover business needs, project timelines, and commercial drivers, cultivating and expanding relationships with senior stakeholders involved in offshore capital expenditure projects.
  • Bid and Win Strategy: Provide competitive insights and strategy to win based on intelligence gathered, developing and presenting clear, concise, and compelling proposals to secure profitable contracts.
  • Sales Performance: Take full accountability for sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue delivery from your territory or segment.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the development of LR's solution portfolio to facilitate better upsell and cross-sell to customers, participating in external marketing events, conferences, and workshops to develop sales networks and promote LR.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry, including leadership within organizations delivering services for offshore energy developments.
  • Track record of securing major offshore contracts, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving revenue through consultative engagement and commercial acumen.
  • Flexible for worldwide travel as required for new client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and persuade successfully.
  • Thorough understanding of the Offshore Energy Market developments and commercial focus.
