Lead Global Evaluation Specialist Role

  • Develop and implement global evaluation strategies to drive impactful change in organisational results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and delivery of evaluation projects, ensuring they align with charitable goals.
  • Refresh the evaluation strategy, including a framework for different approaches.
  • Embed organisational learning through a tailored learning strategy, informing strategic priorities and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
  • Shape the operating model and build capability across the organisation.
  • Manage and mentor high-performing teams of evaluation specialists.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring conduct, communication, and use of evaluation findings.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in health-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Research & evaluation expertise with extensive experience designing and implementing research projects.
  • At least 10 years' experience in scientific, population health, or health policy roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement organisational evaluation strategies.
  • Skilled at managing and developing high-performing teams.
