Global Director of Strategic Evaluation

We are seeking an accomplished director to lead our global evaluation team. This role will drive a significant shift in how we measure and communicate our impact.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the design and delivery of our global evaluation function to ensure projects contribute to our charitable goals.
- Leading the refresh of our evaluation strategy, including a framework for when and how to apply different approaches.
- Introducing a learning strategy to embed organisational learning, support evidence-based decision-making, and inform strategic priorities.
- Shaping the operating model and building capability across the organisation.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of evaluation specialists.
- Engaging stakeholders to ensure the effective conduct, communication, and use of evaluation findings.
- Postgraduate degree in a health-related field.
- Research & evaluation expertise – extensive experience in designing and implementing research and evaluation projects.
- Health/science sector experience – at least 10 years in scientific, population health, or health policy roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement organisational evaluation strategies.
- Skilled at managing and developing high-performing teams.
