Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Timber Frame and Truss Detailer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality detailing and estimation services to clients within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development: Develop detailed designs and estimates for timber frame, truss, and floor system projects across the country, catering to both new and existing clients.
  • Design and Estimation: Utilize software such as Pryda and CAD to create accurate designs and estimates for timber frames, trusses, and floor systems.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with account managers and deal directly with clients in the residential construction industry, providing expert advice and support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the detailing coordinator and the wider team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results and meet client expectations.
