Steel Frame Assembly Technician

As a steel frame assembly technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process at our manufacturing facility.

Our ideal candidate is hard-working and energetic, with experience in labouring, trades assistance or production/warehouse environments. They must be committed to full-time work and able to operate handheld power tools safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Operating handheld power tools, such as saws and drills, to prepare materials for assembly.
  • Assembling steel wall frames, joists, and roof trusses using manual and mechanical methods.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity targets and ensure high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be committed to continuous improvement.
