We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to contribute to our Point Cook location.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience to every visitor in our stores. This includes building relationships with regular customers and recognizing loyal patrons to offer personalized care and fashion advice in a friendly yet professional manner.

The Part-Time Sales Assistant will need to be adaptable, working a rotational weekend schedule that may include late-night shifts. This role offers the chance to engage in various store activities, from assisting on the sales floor and managing front register checkouts to providing fitting room support and organizing store reserves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and drive sales.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Supporting various in-store duties as required.

ABOUT YOU

To excel in this position, you should have a genuine passion for fashion and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated, embracing challenges and working effectively both independently and as part of a team. A keen eye for fashion trends and styling, along with a desire to exceed customer expectations, will be essential. Previous retail experience, particularly in fashion, is advantageous.
