Role Overview

This dynamic individual will be responsible for delivering courses, facilitating student engagement and communication, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Early Childhood Education via on-campus and digital methodologies.
  • Engage students through consultation, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Participate in subject forums and discussions.
  • Assess student work and participate in moderation activities.
Requirements:
  • Hold a PhD or Master's qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of practicing experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Desirable teaching or tutoring experience.
  • Familiarity with higher education requirements and industry standards.
