About the Role
As a Trade Counter Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, including engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Providing product information and quotes to customers
- Picking and packing orders, as well as maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with branch operations, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
