Identity and Access Management Professional

This is a challenging role that requires providing technical expertise in identity and access management to ensure the security and integrity of client environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced technical support and administration services via clients IT service management toolset within strict service level agreements.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Participate in client projects on an as-needed basis to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement detailed system designs to meet client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and related technologies.
  • Proven knowledge of Delinea Secret Server and its applications.
  • Advanced understanding of Active Directory and identity management services.
  • Proficiency in Citrix Studios and Director, with experience in their implementation and maintenance.
  • Expert-level scripting skills to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification to demonstrate process knowledge and application.
  • Experience with Tenable AD and certificate management systems.
  • NV2 security clearance for working with sensitive information.
