Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in guiding our educators and supporting the implementation of programs that align with the EYLF.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor our educators to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Nurture and develop our team members, empowering them to confidently contribute to the learning and development of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with our families, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach to supporting their children's growth.
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS standards, driving excellence in our centre's operations.

About You

  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • You possess a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You are passionate about developing the potential of young learners and committed to delivering high-quality education.
