Senior Project Lead

This role involves overseeing and leading complex projects to deliver innovative technologies to the market, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will be responsible for managing project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, as well as ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management or business administration.
  • 5+ years' experience in a project management role or similar.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
