Job Title: Innovation Project Lead

This is a key position within our business and is responsible for leading and driving innovation projects as well as ensuring that the voice of the consumer is heard.

The role will work directly with external sourcing teams to identify and evaluate viable innovation opportunities, and will be responsible for delivering qualified (consumer and technical) innovation projects and successfully transitioning them into commercialization.

  • Strong technical knowledge to deliver the innovation pipeline as part of our aspiration for wellness and OTC products.
  • Deliver qualified (consumer and technical) innovation projects and successfully transition them into commercialization.
  • Identify, assess, and drive forward key innovation opportunities along with commercial teams.
  • Provide technical support and project leadership for identified innovation opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional sharing of scientific or consumer opportunities, breaking down any silos.
  • Drive and maintain awareness of scientific literature and competitive intelligence to assist work progression and understanding.
  • Perform comprehensive, sophisticated, and critical evaluation of internal and external data.
  • Author technical papers/presentations to enhance personal, departmental, and corporate reputation.
  • Lead due diligence on external innovation opportunities to deliver strong technical recommendations.
