Our department is seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team in the Home Education Unit.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional client services and is passionate about education.

  • This position involves performing various administrative tasks, examining incoming correspondence, managing office equipment, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be accountable for leading duties associated with the role, including:

  1. Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks as directed by the Manager and Assistant Manager.
  2. Examining, prioritizing and registering incoming correspondence and managing general outgoing correspondence.
  3. Assisting with maintaining accurate record systems and databases to support the Home Education Unit.
  4. Managing and maintaining office supplies and other equipment.
  5. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and identifying and responding to their needs.
