About the Role:

Brock Solutions is a leading engineering solutions and professional services company that specializes in the design, build, and implementation of real-time operational solutions for industrial and transportation organizations worldwide.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our multi-disciplinary team to deploy and configure software in customer test and production environments.
  • Configure and set up server hardware and peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Bluetooth devices.
  • Modify product code to meet customer-specific needs.
  • Demonstrate complete integrated systems with key external stakeholders during functional acceptance testing and on-site system testing.
  • Perform root cause analysis of defects identified in production.
  • Maintain, develop, and improve our automated test and deployment tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience (co-op considered).
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of databases.
  • Experience with an object-oriented programming language, such as C# or Java.
  • Knowledge of Flyaway, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Python, and Ignition is an asset.
  • Ability to travel and perform night/weekend work on occasion.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the year.
  • Meet federal security clearance requirements.
