Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior integration consultants to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure a holistic approach to project delivery.
  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner, and contribute to resolving them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality code and configuration, including documentation and unit testing, to meet customer expectations.
  • Follow established coding standards and ensure code is version controlled.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a peer programming environment.

Customer Focus:

  • Provide professional customer service, ensuring clear and appropriate communication at all times.
  • Act with professionalism at all times, both on client sites and in the office.
  • Represent IntegrationWorks positively to both customers and colleagues.

Other:

  • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing technology.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, considering the impact on both the internal team and customer demands.
  • Continuously learn new technologies to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' solid integration experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience working with MuleSoft, Azure, or AWS integration technologies.
  • Proven ability to create integrations and APIs from requirements to deployment.
  • Understanding of web services (SOAP and REST), version control (Subversion/Git), Java, and Unix/Linux.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and able to complete projects to a high standard.
  • Client satisfaction and service delivery focused.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer skills.
  • Keen to learn and improve using our personal development framework.
