About the Role

Page Executive is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team dedicated to managing the company's financial operations and strategies
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial plans
  • Manage forecasting and cashflow
  • Develop a suite of KPI reporting including performance and productivity reports
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level
  • Review processes and make recommendations for improvements and cost optimisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A professional accounting qualification
  • Proven experience as a well-rounded and dynamic Finance Manager, particularly in manufacturing, shutdowns and projects
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team and effectively influence through and across an organisation
