  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individual needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in occupational rehabilitation and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA (EP), ASORC, or AASW.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • 12 months of registered work experience in your qualified health profession.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
