About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in Hornsby. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing equipment to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and repair equipment to meet quality and safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques to enhance productivity
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of working with heavy machinery and assembly line equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
