Omega Resource Group is supporting a leading manufacturing company that designs, creates, and installs external street furniture for multiple sectors. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the team.
The company has been working within the construction industry for nearly 30 years, providing quality products such as benches, canopies, and bollards to schools, universities, community centres, and many more.
We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be a part of the coordination and status of the quotation process of products, preparation and issue of fully documented, accurate, organised orders, and give support to the sales manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop knowledge of products, customers, and the marketplace
- Review contractors' supply chain
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare customer quotes and deal with enquiries
- Attend exhibitions and events to gain industry knowledge and promote company products
- Manage and improve lead generation
- Ensure quotations are within company capability and work closely with technical, financial, and production
- Review company product offering and suggest developments/improvements
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent customer service
- Previous sales/account management experience
- Construction/manufacturing background would be desirable
