Job Title: Solution Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Professional to join our team at NetApp. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for leading the sales of our products and services, as well as maintaining positive relationships with our customers to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving net new business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent selling efforts.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.

Experience:

  • More than 12 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in similar functions is desired.
  • A Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field is required.
