Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Crew Member to join our team. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, operating machinery and equipment, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
About this Role:- This is a permanent full-time position based onsite with a day shift roster and onsite parking.
- You will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment.
- Your contributions will directly support our mission of excellence in product quality.
- Operate and monitor augers, conveyors, seed cleaning, and milling equipment using software and physical checks.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow OH&S standards to ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety practices.
- Meet production targets while minimizing waste and contributing to waste reduction initiatives.
- Assist in diagnosing maintenance issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
