Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical design and development of analysis models to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.

This role is open to both Managers and Senior Consultants looking to advance their career in payroll data analytics.

As a Forensic Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients identify and remediate breaches against an employer's Enterprise Agreement, Modern Award, National Employment Standards or jurisdictional based long service leave legislation.

  • Lead the technical design and development of SQL or Excel models to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter specialists to understand business requirements for modelling.
  • Conduct testing and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data.
  • At least 4 years of experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models.
  • Proven track record of leading small teams of data analysts.
  • Strong project management skills.
Requirements:
  • Background in professional services preferred.
  • Skilled in translating complex business and legal requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
