Public Service Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to technology-driven projects aimed at improving public services.
The successful candidate will work with business & technical stakeholders to develop process models, support change management activities, manage Quality Assurance, and develop business policies & processes.
About The Role- Develop as-is & to-be process models in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of changes within the organisation.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance activities, including test plan management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to revise or develop business policies & processes.
- Experience as a Business Analyst working on software delivery projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and technical requirements.
- A collaborative work environment that values flexibility and work-life balance.
