As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading clinical services, particularly in expertise/specialization, by guiding the process of clinical practice improvement, ensuring clinical practices are research-based, innovative and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis and Evaluation: Provide analysis of relevant research and operational information to assist managers in evaluating and integrating the information they receive.
- Team Management: Coordinate and maintain team management systems, ensuring relevant information is input on a consistent and regular basis.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Provide a collection of relevant data to assist with budgeting, the operation of the team, and production of regular reports.
- Specialized Studies: Conduct specialized studies as required, providing insights into the operation of the team and the organization.
- Experience: Typically, this role will require more years' experience in your field of expertise.
- Expertise: You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.
- Registration: Current Registration with AHPRA (relevant health professional board or the Nurses & Midwives board of Australia) without conditions.
- Education: Master's degree in area of specialty.
