Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing and Contract Specialist to lead sourcing initiatives and oversee contract administration in a high-volume operational environment.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to deliver commercial and contractual services, partnering with procurement teams for large contracts and managing smaller sourcing needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver commercial and contractual services to ensure optimal value.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of contract sourcing and administration frameworks.
  • Support sourcing documentation and assist with sourcing processes.
  • Prepare contract amendments and coordinate scope and pricing adjustments.
  • Assist in generating management reports and contribute to operational reports and resource planning.
  • Offer guidance on enterprise Procure-to-Pay systems.
  • Oversee contract documentation and coordinate with legal and contract managers.
  • Support and contribute to the controls framework and assurance processes for managed contracts.

Requirements

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in contract sourcing, administration, procurement, and managing complex, high-value contracts.
  • Exceptional integrity, commercial acumen, and a strong focus on delivering value for money.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and Word for contract preparation.
