About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Engineer Leader to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Transport Planning and Advisory team, you will play a critical role in providing traffic and transport solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with company strategy, initiatives, and vision.
  • Advocate for the business both internally and externally to clients and professional organizations.
  • Undertake and delegate a range of responsibilities, including complex problem-solving, information analysis, and report writing.
  • Ensure the team is fully utilized on projects and work closely with project managers to ensure adequate resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of transport engineering experience within a consulting environment.
  • Strong capability to manage workload and deliver projects.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
