We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our Production Engineer, operations and maintenance teams to support plant performance, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical procedures, work instructions, work schedules, estimates and work method statements around work management and optimising assets.
  • Support engineering, infrastructure and environment projects to deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Optimise plant performance for better yield and quality, with a strong focus on safety.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate process failures.
  • Report on plant performance and product quality.
  • Manage inventory for the site.
Requirements
  • Develop safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Risk assessment processes knowledge.
  • Understanding of process drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc).
  • Effective communication skills with prioritisation in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid organisational and planning skills, with high standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Process / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and have a strong passion for innovation and sustainability.
