Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Consultant to lead our business analysis team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and provide input into existing and new solution functionality.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize user experience, solution efficiencies, and cost-effectiveness of workforce management processes.

  • You will lead the analysis of business, user, and system requirements to optimize local and enterprise-wide business outputs.
  • You will conduct and supervise the analysis of existing and future business processes within the context of integrated workforce management solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in researching, analyzing, and documenting business requirement specifications, documenting software requirement specifications, and using Use Case methodology.
  • Proven ability to identify key issues, perform research, and analysis, and develop and document solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the health industry, legislation, and regulations including those related to rostering, human resources, and finance systems.
