Marketing Visionary

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing and media initiatives forward.

Digital Strategy & Media Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, optimising for customer acquisition and brand visibility.

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and external partners to design and deliver high performing, integrated digital campaigns.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive measurable performance outcomes by managing digital budgets, targeting strategies, and real-time campaign optimisation.
  • Content & Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of compelling digital content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience preferences.
  • Data & Analytics: Implement and manage digital analytics frameworks, measuring campaign performance and delivering actionable insights to enhance ROI.
  • Audience & Segmentation: Define and refine digital audience targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements

Qualifications: 5+ years experience in digital marketing or media manager roles. Proven success in managing multi-channel digital campaigns. Expertise in paid digital media, SEO, and marketing automation. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using digital analytics tools.
