At Flower Power, we are seeking passionate horticulturists to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our garden centre team, you will provide exceptional customer service, advice and facilitate sales of nursery items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge on plant-life and gardening products
  • Maintain a clean and organized outdoor nursery area
  • Assist customers with queries and sales
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals

We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, display initiative, and enjoy working outdoors. While a horticulture certificate is desirable, it's not essential. What's more important is your passion for plants, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
