About the In-Room Dining Attendant Role

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to deliver an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless, memorable, and caring in-room dining service to each guest.
  • Taking and delivering orders promptly while providing guests with information about the menu, specials, and beverage options.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of service areas, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are upheld.
  • Handling special requests and catering to guest dietary needs or preferences.
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient, timely service.
  • Anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations with personalised service.
  • Assisting with special events, functions, and large bookings as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive, friendly, and can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and work well with the team.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
