About In Room Dining Roles

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our part-time In Room Dining team. As a key member of this team, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests through your genuine care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in the comfort of their rooms
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of menu items and services offered
  • Work efficiently and effectively across a 24/7 rotating roster

Requirements

  • You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • You are flexible and able to work varied shifts, including overnight hours
  • You are physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting and handling trolleys and hotboxes
  • You hold a current NSW RSA certificate and are knowledgeable in WHS safe manual handling practices
  • You have excellent time management skills and can work independently
  • Previous experience in In Room Dining is advantageous
