Key Housekeeping Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced housekeeping leader to provide exceptional housekeeping services to our guests, ensuring high standards of presentation in line with industry best practices.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences;
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service;
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on cleaning schedules, inventory, and guest feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving operational efficiency;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations.
