We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer who can also excel in office administration to join our team.

This role involves managing and processing invoices, payroll, and supporting general office administration at our office in Thebarton.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Payable: Manage foreign currency transactions, invoice payments and records.
  2. Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  3. Office Administration: Provide general administrative support, including reception duties (answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries).
  4. Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all financial processes and general office tasks.
  5. Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
