Customer Service Representative Job

At our retail store, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests.

This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Be on your feet for long periods of time and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching as required
  • Work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends as needed
  • Learn and promote our wide range of products and specials

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
