We are seeking creative and fun Support Workers to join our Interconnect Team. You will be energetic, social, and have a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

**Job Role**

You will enjoy working in our Interconnect team assisting participants to enjoy social or recreational activities, build essential life skills and participate in our day programs.

- Companion support for social events, recreation or sporting activities

- Supporting clients to build new skills through the delivery of client-centred, innovative programs such as arts & craft, music, health & fitness

- Assisting clients at meal times, with personal care needs i.e. feeding, getting dressed and administering medication

- Using Company vehicles to transport clients if applicable

- Assisting the Client Service Coordinator with program planning and implementation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services

- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate

- Current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check

- Current and satisfactory Yellow Card & Blue Card and meeting NDIS workers screening check requirements.
