Job Description

As a trusted companion, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors to live their lives with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your mission is to provide compassionate care, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a sense of community.

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional support services that cater to the unique needs of each individual client. This may include assisting with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as well as providing general home support, light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and incidental transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand the needs of the elderly.
  • A big heart, patience, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
  • Personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with each client.
  • Proficient in the use of mobile technology, including smartphones.
  • Reliable, responsive, efficient, confident, and proactive.
